Protecting your data across ACAN platforms

This Privacy Policy explains how The Association of Chartered Accountants of Nepal (ACAN) collects, uses, and protects information on our public website, member portal, and mobile application.

Member Portal

Membership details, professional credentials, and profile information.

Account activity such as logins, requests, and service usage.

Mobile App

Profile and membership data synced from the portal.
Device identifiers for secure login and notification delivery.
Optional permissions you enable (for example, push notifications).

How we use information

Provide and improve membership services, events, and resources.
Process applications, payments, and communications with members.
Respond to inquiries and deliver updates relevant to your account.
Maintain security, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.

Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell your personal information.
