Job Placements

The ACAN Central Committee has noticed the gap (such as lack of placement events, programs which highlight the importance of the CAs in today’s global world) in hiring practices by employers. This has forced for employers to go after the expensive hiring agencies which is ultimately not beneficial for the employers as well the CAs.

In order to address this growing problem, the ACAN committee has decided to form Campus Placement Organizing Committee. The primary objective of the committee is to act as an intermediary between the potential employers and Chartered Accountants for job placements. This committee has envisaged that this will assist CAs with better opportunities across diversified fields. In order to carry out effectively its primary objective, ACAN should create a updated database of the CAs for potential hiring by employers. Now, CAs can upload their resume in this field, which will be provided to the potential employers for recruitment process.

Further, the committee also planning for conducting Campus Placement Events for CAs in near future, which will benefited to CAs in large including hiring Organization also. The notice for such event will be provided in future.
